Beyti kebab (on skewers)


%50 veal meat, % 50 lamb meat, salt, parsley, garlic, sweet pepper and black pepper.


Chopped small pieces of meats will mince with “zırh” double bladed mincing knife. Sweet peppers and parsleys slices thinly. Garlic hammers well. Salt and peppers add to the minced meat with all stuff and mixes. Then, will be ready to serve by portions. Cooking time is app. 10-15 minutes.
