Ingredients

%50 veal meat, % 50 lamb meat, salt, sweet pepper and black pepper.

Preparation

Chopped small pieces of meats will mince with “zırh” double bladed mincing knife. Sweet peppers slices thinly. Salt and peppers add to the minced meat and mixes. Then, will be ready to serve by portions. Cooking time is app. 10-15 minutes.
