Ingredients

%50 veal meat, % 50 lamb meat, salt and pistachios.

Preparation

Chopped small pieces of meats will mince with “zırh” double bladed mincing knife. Salt and pistachios adds to the minced meat. Then, will be ready to serve by portions. Cooking time is app. 10-15 minutes.
