Kebab with tomatoes (on skewers)


%50 veal meat, % 50 lamb meat, salt, tomatoes.


Chopped small pieces of meats will mince with “zırh” double bladed mincing knife. Salt adds to the minced meat and mixes. The minced meat places among. the half tomatoes and puts on skewer. Then, will be ready to serve by portions. Cooking time is app. 10-15 minutes.
