Non-fat veal meat cut into morsel size, tomato, Shallot, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, grain pepper, tomato paste, butter, salt.


All the ingredients mix well in a big tray and puts in a clay pot. Then the pot seals with dough and leaves on the charcoal fire. COOKING TIME IS APP. 3 - 4 HOURS.
